By accessing and using AI Real Estate Photo Editor, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process, enhance, and store them solely for providing our services.
2.2 Enhanced Images: You own all enhanced images created through our platform. We do not claim any ownership rights to your original or enhanced images.
2.3 Representation: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload images to our platform and that your use does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
2.4 Commercial Use: You may use enhanced images for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including real estate marketing, MLS listings, and social media.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
5.1 Credits: The service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credits in one-time packs; one credit enhances one image. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
5.2 Billing: Each credit pack is charged once, at the time of purchase, through our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.3 Credit Validity: Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire if unused. Free trial credits carry no cash value.
5.4 Nothing to Cancel: Because no recurring plan is created, you have nothing to cancel; you simply stop buying credits. You may delete your account at any time, and any unused credits are forfeited on deletion.
5.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change credit pack pricing at any time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the change; credits you have already bought are unaffected.
5.6 Legacy Subscriptions: We no longer offer monthly plans. Any subscription entered into before this change continues under its original terms until cancelled, and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6.1 Active Accounts: We retain your images and data while your account is active.
6.2 Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.
6.3 Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Real Estate Photo Editor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
